Olivia and her team are fantastic. All of our guests who have stayed at our holiday let in St Ives have commented positively on the cleanliness. Olivia is also really flexible which means we don’t have to restrict bookings in terms of check in dates which is really important. Olivia is also considerate of the environment and has made recommendations which we have implemented to help reduce single use plastics and the products she uses are environmentally friendly. Another bonus for us is Olivia posts pictures and videos of our place on her own social media accounts which means we reach more potential customers. We love OCD and can’t recommend them highly enough!
